The Hamer HC63 is a 12 station Carousel type Heat Sealing Machine suitable for the automatic packing of face sealed (blister to a single backing card) or trapped blisters (sealed between two cards) in medium to large production.
The tooling layout at a convenient height allows operators easy access to all areas and makes loading the feeders and product very simple. The QCT (quick change tooling) ensures maximum production time minimizing down time and set up of new jobs.
The machine can be linked directly to one of our thermoformer's where blisters are formed and fed directly into the HC63 machine for a complete automated line.

Machine is supplied standard with automatic feeders for the pre-made blisters and heat seal cards plus heat seal station and pick and place eject of sealed package with a PLC colour touch screen.
The standard 12 station machine has the capacity to upgrade to 4 additional auto feeding stations for; the back card of a trapped blister, multiple product loading, pre-made pill strips or sachets or card/paper printed inserts etc.
