Thermoform Blister Packaging is a cost effective packaging solution that allows your product to be seen, but not touched.                               

Thermoforming is a method of manufacturing plastic parts by preheating a flat sheet of plastic, and then bringing it into contact with a mould whose shape it takes. This can be done by vacuum, pressure and or direct mechanical force. The process offers close tolerances, tight specifications, and sharp detail available materials inc. APET, RPET, PVC, PETG and other specialised films complementing our blisters, we also manufacture transit & display trays.

 A cavity formed in plastic which is then sealed to a card with a product in between is a Face Seal Blister Pack
or a blister sealed between two cards is a Captivated Blister Pack.

                           Thermoforming Transit & Display Trays

A tray is a multi-cavity product Thermoformed from plastic. They have many different functions from stand alone store displays to assembly part carriers.

Trays can be designed with lids, snap devices or stacking features, whichever best fits the functionality of your part or product. These trays are custom designed and engineered for your product. With quick turn around on prototypes, we can produce a custom tray in a very short time to get your product to the stores.

Normal concept to delivery for custom thermoforming:

Concept drawings = 5 business days
Prototype samples = 5 business days/3 business days (if required)
Thermoforming tooling = 20 business days or less
Thermoforming orders = 3-4 week turnaround (depending on plastic deliveries)
